If your artwork, print, or mixed media 'Miss Mindy' creation reaches you damaged, please take a picture and email Miss Mindy’s assistant obrienelf@gmail.com and we will send you a new one! If it is one of a kind fine art, or out of stock we will assess the damage upon it's return, and see if it is salvageable, or refund your money. If it is a postal error, and has been damaged or lost, we will handle it through them, and send you a new item (depending on the items status) once the damaged goods are returned or the lost item has been tracked.
